The service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly helpful and understanding. The location was perfect, right on the beachfront with easy access to many restaurants around. The setting within semi-jungle was idyllic, perfect for enjoying the sounds of birds singing. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were lovely, with a balcony and a hammock, and the view from the big patio was just stunning. Waking up to the beautiful bay view every morning was a real treat. The service was fabulous, especially the young man in the restaurant who was very helpful whenever I needed anything. However, there was a slight impersonal feeling at times. The location was right at the beach, offering access to the stunning beach and other attractions like Koh Ma for swimming and snorkeling.
